This style of Yoga is the creation of the late Swami Vishnudevananda, also a disciple/student of Swami Sivananda, who established his Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Montreal in 1959. Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is also known as Flow Yoga. The Vinyasa style integrates breath with movement in a flowing sequence of yoga poses. A beautiful intermix of Yoga Asanas & Creative Movements! Uses music.
